Complete makeover. Changed basic gable
roofed small ranch to more traditional
style hip roof with new front covered
porch featuring custom crafted columns
and porch swing. Also including new
end-to-end back deck with hip roof
covering 1/2 of it. Interior dividing
wall between living room and dining
room removed along with the ceiling
joists to create huge tray ceiling
comprising both rooms, with new custom
stone 2-sided fireplace. Ceiling includes
knotty pine tongue & groove panels
and recessed lights. Also did hardwood
floors and 2 bathrooms.
